Orthoshop was set up to help orthodontic patients obtain the products needed to maintain good oral hygiene whilst wearing fixed appliances. Our products are not normally available in high street shops as they are considered too specialised, with insufficient numbers sold. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Cataloge, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro (Switch). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, e- mail or over the Internet. Please note that our minimum order value is £10.00 excluding VAT and Carriage. Prices a) The price of the goods is inclusive of Value Added Tax and all prices are in sterling. b) The prices quoted are subject to alteration without notice and should a change occur after the date of a Customers order then the price ruling at the date of dispatch will be charged. c) Any query on an invoice must be made within 21 days of the invoice date to the company. Cancellation a) We reserve the right to cancel any order, or balance of order, or contract without liability to ourselves, where the supply or delivery of goods is prevented by circumstances outside our control. b) The Customer may not cancel an order after it has been given to the Company except with the Company’s agreement. Where special items are cancelled a charge may be made to cover costs already incurred. |

Shipping And Handling
Payment of the Company's goods and services is to be made in full at the time (point) of the order, and should be made in Pounds Sterling. |

Delivery Schedule
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card or cheque. Please allow 7-10 days for Credit/Debit Card orders and 21 days for orders paid by cheque. |

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Tax Charges
This website will only give sterling prices with UK VAT. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Sales to Ireland are subject to VAT @ 23.0%, where applicable. Customers ordering outside the UK will be charged according to the appropriate VAT for their country according to UK and Irish regulations. This will not show as your checkout price! All other orders are VAT free. |
